[Sticky] If you donated and are locked again...

Don't panic. The reason for your code not working anymore is because you have a new computer or you reinstalled or changed your system.

You don't have to donate again (although you can, and you will be instantly unlocked again). You just need to tell me:

1. your new donation code
2. your old donation code, or if you don't have it, something about your previous donation - your donation email, name, or exact donation date&time.
